Purchaser agrees that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to Rocketeer Performance arising from any product sold by Rocketeer Performance shall be the price of the product ordered. In no event shall Rocketeer Performance, its employees or other representatives be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to product sold. Rocketeer Performance shall not be liable for improper use or fitment of purchases.
