No unauthorized returns. Please contact us for a return authorization number (RA #). Returns without RA # written boldly on outside of box will be refused and returned to sender. Customer pays for return shipping and any applicable price changes.

Defective Products: Where items are covered by a manufacturers warranty, these items must be returned directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. Contact us if you have any questions. We are here to help.

Returns For Credit: Merchandise returned for credit will not be accepted without an RA #. Credits/refunds will be issued for items with RA numbers returned within 14 days from receipt, and must be in original packaging and restockable condition. A restocking fee of 15% will be charged for returned items. We can not accept any returns of items after 14 days of receipt. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
